GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly respected and expanding legal practice in the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional at any level of PQE — including newly qualified Solicitors — looking to work within a fast-paced and highly regarded property department specialising in both Buy-to-Let and quality residential conveyancing matters.
The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, working closely with investor clients who value exceptional service, efficiency and strong communication throughout the transaction process.
The Role
- You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload including:
- Buy-to-Let transactions
- Residential sales and purchases
- Property investment transactions
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Delivering exceptional levels of client service
- Working efficiently to meet demanding transaction timescales
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Training and support will be provided for candidates with limited exposure to property investment work, however a genuine interest in working with investor clients is essential.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
- Newly qualified Solicitors will be considered
- Passionate about client service and delivering results
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys working to deadlines and exceeding expectations
- Positive, proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude
