GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a well-established Law firm in Gloucester that provide legal advice for individuals and businesses throughout the Gloucestershire area. We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team and provide legal services to clients in relation to Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Clients. On offer is a highly competitive basic salary and REMOTE working arrangements.

Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive main duties:

  • Initial consultations and client triage where required
  • Advising and liaising with clients on personal injury matters
  • Ongoing case management
  • Client relationship management
  • Negotiation on matters
  • Networking and business development for commercial workflows
  • Reviewing and managing WIP and client financing in relation to ongoing matters
  • To produce all fees to meet monthly and year end targets
  • Outstanding debt collection
  • To use DPS for all emails, letters, reports and correspondence and ensure other team members use it correctly
  • Compliance with Company standards and procedures.

This position requires an individual with a proven record of accomplishment in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities; the ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will likely have 3-5 years PQE (or equivalent) and have experience of using multiple systems, collating and analysing data as well as exemplary administration skills.
