Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to become an integral part of their highly regarded team based in a picturesque Worcestershire market town.

The Role
You will manage your own varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families across a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and advising on succession planning.
- Estate Administration and Probate matters.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Trust creation, administration and advice.
- Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.
- Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential).
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional level of service.
- Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking opportunities.
About You
The successful candidate will have
- A minimum of
5 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client law.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
- A proactive and organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
- A desire to contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
