This is a high-profile opportunity to lead a well-established destination resort, incorporating luxury accommodation, a thriving food and beverage operation, an award-winning spa and one of Cornwall’s largest health clubs. Reporting to the Resort Director and working closely with the Board, you will take full responsibility for operational performance, commercial growth and guest experience across the property. The role As Hotel Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the resort and drive continued improvements across service, standards, profitability and team engagement.
