GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a well-established Law firm in Gloucester that provides legal advice for individuals and businesses throughout the Gloucestershire area. We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team, to provide legal services to clients in relation to conveyancing matters, with a focus on Leasehold, New Builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership and to assist in the co-ordination of the team’s activities and achievement of business objectives.
On offer is a highly competitive basic salary and hybrid working arrangements.
- Advising and liaising with clients and referral partners on ongoing matters
- Ongoing case management
- Client relationship management
- Networking and business development for continuous workflows
- To produce all fees to meet monthly and year-end targets
- Attend team meetings where appropriate
- Keep files well organised and properly updated
- Compliance with Company standards
The job will require an individual who has a proven record of dealing with a mixed caseload of residential sale and purchase transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build and help to buy. The successful candidate will have 2 years+ PQE (or equivalent) and have experience of using multiple systems, collating and analysing data as well as exemplary administration skills.
