We are supporting their recruitment for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to provide high quality legal services to Clinical Negligence clients, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to the team’s ongoing development, efficiency, and success.

Clinical Negligence Solicitor main duties:

  • Draft and prepare Letters of Claim, analyses of Letters of Response, witness statements, instructions to counsel, and court documents.
  • Undertake detailed review, chronology preparation, and analysis of medical records and expert evidence.
  • Instruct and liaise with medical experts and counsel.
  • Advise clients on funding options including CFAs, ATE policies and client care documentation.
