GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be partnered with a well-established, modern law firm, whose reputation has been built on exceptional service and going the extra mile for clients. We are recruiting on their behalf for an ambitious and client-focused Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing Gloucestershire-based property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–5+ years’ PQE who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.

The role offers a varied caseload with a strong focus on Buy-to-Let (BTL) and quality residential conveyancing matters. Experience in property investment work is welcomed, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate who has a genuine interest in working with investor clients.

Conveyancing Fee Earner main duties:
  • You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion
  • Buy-to-Let transactions
  • Residential sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Investor portfolio acquisitions
  • Leasehold and freehold matters
Conveyancing Fee Earner required skills and experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Has 3–5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Can manage a busy caseload independently
  • Has excellent client care and communication skills
  • Enjoys building long-term client relationships
  • Has a proactive and positive “can-do” attitude
  • Works efficiently and remains calm under pressure
  • Has an interest in property investment and investor-led transactions
