GMP Recruitment Agency Ltd are proud to be partnering with a highly respected and expanding legal practice in the recruitment of a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional with between 2–10 years PQE looking to work with an established client base of investors, developers and business clients across a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.

The successful candidate will play a key role within a busy and supportive department, handling a varied caseload while developing strong long-term client relationships.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions including:
    • Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
    • Commercial leases
    • Landlord and tenant matters
    • Property investment work
    • Development transactions
    • Supporting business clients with their commercial property requirements
    • Liaising with lenders and third parties throughout transactions

Experience working with commercial lenders would be highly advantageous.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • 2–10 years PQE within Commercial Property
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Able to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Motivated, professional and commercially minded
