This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional with 5+ years PQE looking to work on high-quality residential development matters within a well-established and forward-thinking firm. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a busy and supportive department, working closely with developers, landowners and investors across a broad range of residential development transactions.
The Role
- You will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of residential development matters including:
- Option agreements
- Conditional contracts
- Promotion agreements
- Supporting developers and landowners through transactions
- Negotiating and drafting complex legal documentation
- Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- 5+ years PQE within Residential Development
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently
