This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional with between 2–10 years PQE looking to work with an established client base of investors, developers and business clients across a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.
The successful candidate will play a key role within a busy and supportive department, handling a varied caseload while developing strong long-term client relationships.
The Role
- You will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions including:
- Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
- Commercial leases
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property investment work
- Development transactions
- Supporting business clients with their commercial property requirements
- Liaising with lenders and third parties throughout transactions
Experience working with commercial lenders would be highly advantageous.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- 2–10 years PQE within Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently
- Motivated, professional and commercially minded
