Not-for-Profit Audit team.
Working with a broad portfolio of charities, education providers, housing associations and other mission-driven organisations, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services while helping clients navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.

The Role
As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of not-for-profit clients while leading multiple audit assignments from planning through to completion.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing a portfolio of external audit clients across the not-for-profit sector.
- Leading audit engagements from planning through to final sign-off, ensuring delivery within agreed budgets and timescales.
- Acting as the principal point of contact for clients, developing long-term trusted relationships.
- Managing, coaching and mentoring audit teams to deliver high-quality client service.
- Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with relevant auditing and accounting standards.
- Presenting findings and reports to senior management, Boards and Audit Committees.
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional assurance and advisory services.
- Supporting business development activity, including networking, proposals and client presentations.
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the wider audit team.
About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who possess
- ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualification (or equivalent).
- Significant external audit experience gained within a professional practice environment.
- Previous experience managing audit portfolios and leading client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.
- Experience working with not-for-profit organisations such as charities, academies, education providers or housing associations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
