Your key focus areas

  • Managing and delivering a range of services including:
  • Management and financial accounts
  • VAT and corporate tax returns
  • Cloud accounting and digital solutions
  • Leading, mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to owner-managed businesses
  • Supporting the growth of the team through recruitment and development
  • Contributing to business development and expanding the local client base
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce additional services to clients
  • Monitoring market developments to enhance service delivery and competitiveness

What you’ll bring

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience within an Accountancy Practice / Business Services environment
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop team members
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
  • Proactive approach with the drive to contribute to practice growth
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving environment
