Your key focus areas
- Managing and delivering a range of services including:
- Management and financial accounts
- VAT and corporate tax returns
- Cloud accounting and digital solutions
- Leading, mentoring and developing junior team members
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Acting as a trusted advisor to owner-managed businesses
- Supporting the growth of the team through recruitment and development
- Contributing to business development and expanding the local client base
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional services to clients
- Monitoring market developments to enhance service delivery and competitiveness
What you’ll bring
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience within an Accountancy Practice / Business Services environment
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop team members
- Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
- Proactive approach with the drive to contribute to practice growth
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving environment
