GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a Worcester based specialist employment law firm providing legal advice and representation to employees and employers across the UK. We are currently recruiting for a confident and driven Telesales Executive to engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and introduce our employment law services. This position is working Monday – Friday offering a basic salary up to £30,000 pending relevant experience.
Telesales Executive main responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in employment law services
- Qualify leads by understanding the client’s employment issue and determining suitability for legal advice
- Clearly explain legal services, process, and fee structures in a compliant and professional manner
- Book qualified consultations for solicitors or senior legal advisors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system
- Follow up on warm leads and previous enquiries to maximise conversion
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure all calls and communications comply with legal, regulatory, and data protection requirements
Telesales Executive skills & experience:
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or phone-based customer engagement
- Strong communication and listening skills with a confident phone manner
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Target-driven mindset with a consultative, ethical approach to sales
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic IT tools
