Job description GMP Recruitment are working with an internationally renowned client in Tewkesbury, who are seeking a Security Manager to oversee local security operations and ensure a safe environment for their premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security policies, and coordinating security measures to safeguard assets. Hours: * Monday – Friday, rotating shift. * 06.00am – 14.00pm or 14.00pm – 22.00pm Pay: * £15.60p/h Duties: * Physical security – Accountable for all regulatory scheme requirements and customer including all Physical Security elements within the High Secure Area * Responsible for all new starter induction training * Supporting HSE requirements with our legal obligation to Fire Testing protocol * Support the SEC with investigations/queries as necessary or any other security related topic * Audits and KPI Management – Responsible for all aspects of internal and external security audits * Drive remediation action plans * Ensure all audit activity is completed within the required time frame Requirements: * Excellent attention to detail * Methodical and well organised * Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation, customers, and suppliers * Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently * Understanding of compliance issues and how compliance works * Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools * Passion for compliance, security, and business integrity For more details, please contact GMP Recruitment on (phone number removed).
