Location: Honeybourne, Evesham (WR11)

Salary: Β£12.21 per hour

Shift Patterns:

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

About the Role: We are looking for motivated individuals to support waste processing and recycling operations. You’ll work in a clean, organised environment with no heavy lifting involved, sorting and separating recyclable materials to support environmental sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and separate recyclable materials from general waste
  • Operate basic machinery and equipment safely (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily performance targets
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines on site
  • Report issues or hazards to the supervisor immediately

  • Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic individuals
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
  • Willingness to work any of the three rotating shifts
  • Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
