GMP Recruitment are currently recruiting for our blue-chip manufacturing client in Malvern for a number of Production Operatives to join their team due to a period of growth. These roles are all temporary to permanent for the right candidates and come with an immediate start. Standard Working Hours (3 week rotational shift pattern) Nights β Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am Afternoons β Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm Days -Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm * Β£13.43 Per hour * GREAT Overtime rates are offered for hours after basic and weekends You will be required to undertake a mix of Production work and Machine Operating across a variety of lines. Working within this role your standard duties will be: * Ensure that the machine(s) you are working on are running correctly and smoothly * Ensure that the quality of the product is to the standard required * Packing the product as needed Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in a Production or Factory role is preferable but not essential * The ability to work all the shifts above is essential * The ability to undertake a variety of tasks working from instruction sheets These roles all have the opportunity of going permanent after a successful probationary period For more information, or to apply, please click apply.
