Temporary Installation Technician – £15.00/hour (4-Week Contract)
Location: Herefordshire (with travel across the UK and potentially Europe)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

GMP Recruitment are delighted to offer a 4-week temporary opportunity with a respected ventilation specialist based in Herefordshire. We are recruiting for a Temporary Installation Technician to support a busy installation period. This short-term role is ideal for a mechanically minded individual with site experience who is available immediately.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the installation of ventilation systems at agricultural and industrial sites.
- Follow instructions on-site and ensure work is completed safely and effectively.
- Support more senior staff and work independently where needed.
- Help maintain equipment and company vehicles during the contract period.
- Complete basic site documentation including timesheets and daily logs.
- Comply with all health and safety standards.
- Previous mechanical assembly or installation experience is essential.
- Comfortable working at height using access equipment (IPAF, PASMA, CSCS cards desirable but not essential – training may be provided).
- Willing to travel for work, possibly including overnight stays.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
- A valid passport is desirable due to potential overseas work.
Rate of Pay: £15.00 per hour
Contract Duration: 4 weeks (with potential for extension)
