GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a hugely successful and easily recognisable, leading Estate Agency in Gloucester. Due to continued growth and success, we are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Financial Services Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the advisor teams and ensure targets are met.
As the Financial Services Sales Manager you will manage team productivity, maintain key relationships, and provide technical and sales support to advisors. You will also be responsible for overseeing the progression team and team leader, ensuring KPIs are met, and driving continuous improvements across the board. This is a full time, permanent, office-based position that can offer a competitive annual salary up to £50K, pending experience, OTE up to £75K and monthly car allowance.
To be considered for this position you must demonstrate previous in-depth knowledge of financial services, sales processes, and industry regulations and strong experience in Financial Services Management or a similar leadership role.
Responsibilities- Oversee activity and productivity levels for advisors.
- Ensure all teams meet and exceed performance targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key internal teams: EA, MAB sales, MAB compliance, regulatory teams, MAB banking, and key lender/provider contacts.
- Lead and facilitate monthly team meetings, including business reviews and 121s.
- Identify training needs and deliver training as required.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentorship to advisors to improve sales and performance.
- Conduct regular observations of advisor and EA branch duties, offering constructive feedback for growth.
- Monitor KPIs, assess performance, and implement corrective actions where necessary to improve outcomes.
- Regularly report on team progress and performance to senior partners.
- Deliver presentations as required at board meetings, QSMs, and other relevant sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve KPIs and overall team performance.
- Proven experience in Financial Services Management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial services, sales processes, and industry regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
- Familiarity with KPI management and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
