Commercial Property Manager in Droitwich

We are supporting their recruitment for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent contract, to help grown their Commercial Property managed portfolio. Working hours are Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm with occasional travel to sites, so own transport is required. We are looking for someone with Commercial Property, who has strong analytical skills, and attention to detail, coupled with great customer service and a positive attitude. Commercial Property Manager main duties: * Updating property management software (Re-Leased database) and processes * Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports * Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and service providers * Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner * Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and financial reports * Maintain accurate records of property-related activities and transactions * Help manage compliance tasks, including health and safety regulations * Assist in carrying out lease renewals and rent reviews Commercial Property Manager requires skills and experience: * Knowledge of property management software * Understanding of lease agreements and tenant relations * Interest in pursuing relevant industry qualifications * Excellent communication skills and customer service Are you a commercial property manager who is looking for a role in a fast moving, expanding Worcestershire based Commercial Property Consultancy?
