GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a highly successful and well-known commercial property company, located in Worcestershire.

We are supporting their recruitment for a Chartered Surveyor to join their team on a permanent contract. We are looking for a full or part time Chartered Surveyor to work within a professional services team. If you have experience with commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, an attention to detail and good communication skills, then we want to hear from you.

On offer is a highly competitive salary and benefits package including opportunities for career progression and car allowance.

To be considered candidates must be MRICS or FRICS qualified with two years post qualification experience.

Chartered Surveyor main duties:

* Inspecting and measuring office, industrial and retail premises

* Preparing rent review / lease renewal reports and researching comparable

* Reporting to the client with our recommendations

* Negotiating with the Landlord / Tenant or the other sides Surveyor

Chartered Surveyor required skills and experience:

* MRICS or FRICS with two years post qualification experience

* Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant negotiations (rent review & Lease renewals)

* Knowledge of Co-Star or similar comparable databases

* Understanding of lease agreements and tenant relations

* Training provided to provide RICS Valuations
