GMP Recruitment are proud to be in partnership with a well-known, industry leading Estate Agency in Gloucester, with a strong presence across the region. We are supporting their recruitment for an ambitious, motivated, and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead the Gloucester team to continued success. This is a full time, permanent position working 9:00am 17:30pm Monday to Friday plus alternative weekends including Saturdays 09:00am 13:00pm with a day off in the week. This position can offer a basic salary of 32,000 plus OTE in the region of 50-60K for producing a high-performing team.
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, leading a high-energy sales team and ensuring the branch delivers exceptional results. You will oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, setting targets, implementing strategy, and maintain the company commitment to excellent customer care.
Main duties:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and lettings professionals
- Drive branch performance to meet and exceed sales, instruction, and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants
- Ensure the branch delivers outstanding customer service at every stage of the property journey
- Conduct market appraisals and secure new business opportunities
