We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Property Litigator to join a growing Dispute Resolution team.
Candidates with approximately 2–5 years' post-qualification experience are encouraged to apply; however, this is intended as a guideline only.
Applications from individuals with a different level of PQE will also be welcomed where they can demonstrate the relevant expertise, technical ability and commitment to the role.
This is a full-time position based at their Birmingham office, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate.
The
Role: The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including: Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, acting for both landlords and tenants.
Boundary and neighbour disputes.
A broad range of property-related contentious matters.
TOLATA claims.
Professional negligence claims arising from property transactions and advice.
Supporting the wider Commercial Litigation team on general dispute resolution matters where required.
