GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with an award-winning residential property Legal Firm, located in Gloucester. We are currently supporting their recruitment for an experienced Paralegal to join their team on a full time, permanent contract who will be tasked with handling a variety of sale and purchase transactions, working with a wider team of experts.

This position is working Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm and you will receive a highly competitive salary, upwards of £26,000 based on experience, plus the opportunity for hybrid working following the completion of probation. We are looking for the successful candidate to show some experience of working within a law firm environment with prior residential conveyancing or wider property exposure. An immediate start can be available for the right candidate.

Paralegal main duties:
  • Handling your own caseload of sale purchase files under supervision
  • Updating clients and introducers on the progress of matters
  • Raising and responding to enquiries, interrogating responses, and providing detailed reports to clients as well as dealing with pre-exchange and completion issues.
  • You will have knowledge of the sales, purchase and re-mortgage process and be comfortable running a mixed caseload of files with appropriate supervision.
Paralegal required skills and experience:
  • Have experience of working within a law firm environment
  • Prior residential conveyancing or wider property exposure.
