Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for an Installation Technician to join their skilled and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As an Installation Technician, you'll take the lead on-site, overseeing the installation of specialist ventilation systems across agricultural and industrial environments.
You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards while supporting colleagues and customers throughout the installation process.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to product development by providing valuable feedback and assisting with research and testing of new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of specialist ventilation equipment on customer sites.
- Supervise installation teams and coordinate customer on-site labour where required.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Deliver training and technical support to the company's dealer and distributor network.
- Assist with research and development projects, product testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain company vehicles in a clean, organised and roadworthy condition.
- Complete all required documentation, including site reports, timesheets, completion certificates and site diaries.
- Promote and uphold all company and customer health & safety procedures.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys practical engineering, problem-solving and taking responsibility on-site.
You'll ideally have
- A time-served Mechanical Technician background or strong mechanical engineering experience.
- Basic Electrical/Electronic knowledge.
- Confidence working independently and leading installations on-site.
- The ability to work at height using powered access equipment and static towers.
- IPAF, PASMA and CSCS cards would be advantageous, although full training can be provided.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- A valid passport and willingness to travel throughout the UK and internationally.
- Flexibility to stay away from home for extended periods when required.
