The Role
As Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day resort operations, ensuring excellence across accommodation, facilities, guest services, and the wider on-property experience. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead multiple department heads, optimise operational performance, and champion a guest-first culture throughout the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across all core departments
- Drive accountability and consistent delivery of high service standards
- Maintain exceptional presentation and operational excellence across the resort
- Manage guest feedback and embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee budgets, labour planning, and operational KPIs
- Support revenue growth through efficient, commercially minded decision-making
- Ensure robust maintenance standards and property presentation
- Uphold full health & safety and compliance requirements
- Coach, develop, and inspire managers and their teams
