We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst to join a Worcestershire manufacturing company. The role is office‑based on the outskirts of Pershore, Monday‑to‑Friday, with a salary up to £35,000 per annum based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue purchase orders for product lines
- Maintain accurate purchasing records within ERP or other procurement systems
- Oversee the full order process, from placement to delivery
- Handle supplier communications professionally via phone and email
- Respond promptly to supplier queries and provide accurate information
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order progress, shipping, and documentation
- Monitor stock levels to reduce the risk of shortages while avoiding overstock
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience working within supply chain or procurement functions (previous experience in a supply chain role is essential)
- Skilled in managing and resolving supplier enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on maintaining positive supplier relationships
- Highly detail‑oriented, committed to accuracy and delivering quality outcomes
