As their residential property team continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Junior Conveyancer to join their supportive office in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their legal career who is looking to develop within a progressive and ambitious firm.

To be considered you must demonstrate 0–3 years PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) with a good understanding of conveyancing processes. Salary on offer is £40-42K pending experience.

Junior Conveyancer main duties:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • New build transactions
  • Supporting senior fee earners on more complex matters
  • Maintaining excellent client communication throughout transactions

Junior Conveyancing required skills and experience:

  • 0–3 years PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive considered)
  • Confident managing files with appropriate supervision
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and client-focused
  • A strong communicator with a proactive attitude
