GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be supporting a highly respected Worcester based law firm recruiting a Conveyancing Executive to join their busy and supportive Residential Property team on a full time, permanent contract. An immediate start can be available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years' experience supporting a conveyancing team who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and professional environment. Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels of experience beyond this, provided they have a solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process.

Working alongside experienced solicitors and conveyancers, you will play a key role in ensuring residential property transactions progress efficiently while delivering an exceptional level of client service.

The Role:

  • Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Preparing contract packs and legal documentation
  • Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
  • Carrying out searches and Land Registry applications
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
  • Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion work
  • Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Have a minimum of two years' experience supporting a residential conveyancing team
  • Possess a good understanding of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to post-completion
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong communication and client care skills
  • Be confident managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Have experience using case management systems (desirable but not essential)
  • Be proactive, adaptable and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
