We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Property Litigator to join a growing Dispute Resolution team. Candidates with approximately 2-5 years post-qualification experience are encouraged to apply; however, this is intended as a guideline only. Applications from individuals with a different level of PQE will also be welcomed where they can demonstrate the relevant expertise, technical ability and commitment to the role. This is a full-time position based at their Birmingham office, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate.
The Role:
- The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including:
- Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, acting for both landlords and tenants.
- Boundary and neighbour disputes.
- A broad range of property-related contentious matters.
- TOLATA claims.
- Professional negligence claims arising from property transactions and advice.
- Supporting the wider Commercial Litigation team on general dispute resolution matters where required.
Skills and Experience
- Strong technical knowledge across property litigation matters.
- Experience using case management systems and standard procedures.
