GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be partnered with an award-winning Commercial Property Consultancy located in Worcestershire. We are supporting their recruitment for a Property & Compliance Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent contract, to support the day‑to‑day management of a varied commercial property portfolio, including some residential management. Working hours are Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm with occasional travel to sites, so own transport is required. Salary is up to £30,000 pending experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team.

Main duties:

  • Carry out regular internal and external property inspections and identify compliance requirements, maintenance, and health & safety issues.
  • Ensure all compliance actions are instructed, tracked, and completed within required timescales.
  • Ensure Insurance expiry dates are monitored and clients advised of upcoming expiry dates to support the renewal process.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date compliance records and documentation.
  • Maintain and manage an approved contractor database.
  • Instruct contractors for compliance related works and minor repairs.

Requires skills and experience:

Aware of health and safety regulations, property management practices, and compliance standards.
