GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a highly successful and well-established manufacturing business located in the Hereford area. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Process Improvement Lead to join their team on a full time, permanent contract. This position is working 37.5 hours per week and offers a salary of 40,000 per annum depending on relevant experience.

You will be responsible for leading manufacturing improvement initiatives across production, quality and safety processes, driving efficiency, consistency and operational excellence throughout the business.

Main duties:
  • Leading improvement projects to reduce product variability through process standardisation and procedural control.
  • Providing support to manufacturing departments with the implementation of improved processes.
  • Developing, maintaining and evaluating manufacturing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Applying process improvement principles across the business, working closely with production teams to identify, develop and implement change.
  • Conducting advanced troubleshooting and training others to identify areas of non-compliance in systems and processes.
  • Leading continuous improvement programmes to enhance quality capability and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the introduction of new products from design stage into manufacturing.
