We're looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting customers across the full lifecycle of our equipment.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining workshop-based engineering with customer site support. You'll be involved in everything from machine assembly and installation through to commissioning, fault finding, preventative maintenance and customer training.
You'll work directly with customers across the UK and internationally, helping them get the best possible performance, reliability and uptime from their equipment.

What You'll Be Doing Field Service & Customer Support
- Install, commission and validate new machinery at customer sites.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system faults.
- Investigate machine performance issues and identify practical, effective solutions.
- Provide operator and maintenance training to customer teams.
- Carry out Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and customer demonstrations.
- Complete clear and accurate service reports following customer visits.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a professional, knowledgeable service.
- Help customers maximise machine performance, reliability and uptime.
- Provide on-site support across the UK, with opportunities for international travel to support our global customer base.
Technical SupportProvide
remote technical support via telephone, email and remote access software.
- Work closely with the Service Department to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Identify and escalate opportunities for design, software or product improvements. xgikmsk
