GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be partnered with a Gloucester-based food manufacturing and food service provider. We are currently supporting their recruitment for an experienced Multi-Skilled Production Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving food production machinery, carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance within a high-performing engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer or Production Engineer from a food manufacturing/FMCG background looking to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement, machinery reliability and operational efficiency.

Shift Pattern: The successful candidate will work rotating late and night shifts as follows:

  • Monday Friday: 14:00pm 22:00pm
  • Monday Friday: 22:00pm 06:00am

Please only apply if you can commit to the above rotating shifts. You will receive a highly competitive salary of up to 60,000, dependent on experience, plus excellent company benefits.

As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running and reliability of production equipment across the site.
