As their residential property team continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Junior Conveyancer to join their supportive office in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their legal career who is looking to develop within a progressive and ambitious firm.
To be considered you must demonstrate 0-3 years PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) with a good understanding of conveyancing processes. Salary on offer is £40-42K pending experience.
Junior Conveyancer main duties:- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Supporting senior fee earners on more complex matters
- Maintaining excellent client communication throughout transactions
- 0-3 years PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive considered)
- Confident managing files with appropriate supervision
- Organised with strong attention to detail
