We are supporting their recruitment for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to provide high quality legal services to Clinical Negligence clients, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to the team’s ongoing development, efficiency, and success. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate 1-2 years PQE. On offer is a highly competitive basic salary to ensure we attract top-tier talent, and hybrid working arrangements.
Conveyancing Fee Earner main duties:
- Advising and liaising with clients and referral partners on ongoing matters
- Ongoing case management
- Client relationship management
- Networking and business development for continuous workflows
- To produce all fees to meet monthly and year end targets
- Attend team meetings where appropriate
- Keep files well organised and properly updated
- Compliance with Company standards
Conveyancing Fee Earner required skills and experience:
- Pro-active with good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- High level of attention to detail and an enquiring mind
- The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines and client expectations are met
- The ability to understand clear and concise instructions
