We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair services on-site at client locations. Duties

  • Install, commission, and calibrate Electrical equipment at client sites in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose technical issues accurately and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Provide on-site training and support to clients on equipment operation and safety procedures.
  • Document service activities comprehensively, including detailed reports on repairs, maintenance, and system modifications.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service activities.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and user manuals as required.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role within relevant industries such as manufacturing, automation, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex machinery is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
  • Valid driving licence is essential for travel between client sites.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or technical fields are preferred but not mandatory.
