We are looking for a confident, approachable and enthusiastic IT Trainer to become the go-to person for IT training across multiple sites.
You’ll help colleagues get the most out of the technology they use every day.
This could mean delivering one-to-one support, running group training sessions, creating easy-to-follow guides and videos, or helping new starters get comfortable with our systems.
This is a hands-on training role, with a strong focus on people, communication and creating useful learning materials.
You’ll also have responsibility for administering and developing the content within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Location & Travel This is a multi-site role, and regular travel between our offices will be an important part of the position.
You’ll provide training and support across our offices in
- Southampton
- Fareham
- Portsmouth
- Chandler's Ford
- Waterlooville Travel will include supporting colleagues through face-to-face training, new starter inductions, group sessions and regular floor walking.
You’ll need to be comfortable working across different locations and managing your time effectively between sites.
