GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be partnered with a fast growing and highly successful Commercial Property Consultancy in Droitwich. We are currently looking to recruit a Part Time, PA/Administrator to join their business on a part time, permanent contract, to provide efficient administrative and client support for surveys and valuations ensuring quotations, instructions, and reports are processed accurately and promptly while delivering excellent customer service to clients, estate agents and solicitors.

The position is working Monday (phone number removed)pm and Friday (phone number removed)pm – this is a job share position, but an immediate start can be available for training and a comprehensive handover. Salary for this position is £10,053 for 14.5 hours per week. This is an Office based role only.

To be considered for this role you MUST demonstrate previous experience in an administrative or office-based role with strong written and verbal communications skills and excellent organisation and time-management abilities.

Administrator main duties:
  • Prepare and issue quotations for surveys and valuations
  • Process survey instructions and set up new jobs on internal system
  • Manage surveyor diaries and coordinate property access with agents and clients.
  • Monitor progress of surveys and reports to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems.
  • Raise invoices and track payments where required (using Xero).
Administrator desired skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Customer service experience.
