We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced and ambitious Head of Conveyancing to lead and develop the conveyancing department.

The Head of Conveyancing will provide strategic and operational leadership for the firm's conveyancing department, overseeing residential and commercial property transactions while ensuring excellent client service, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of legal professionals, driving business development initiatives, and contributing to the firm's wider growth strategy.

Main duties:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the conveyancing team, including solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives, and support staff.
  • Manage a caseload of complex residential and commercial property matters.
