Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, this position is a HR Generalist role with regional functions exposure. The incumbent helps drive business success by ensuring that HR policies and initiatives support the company’s goals, fostering employee engagement, and improving overall operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the regional performance management process, including supporting managers and employees in goal setting, offering feedback and submitting reports to the Management within the timelines.
  • Accountable for managing the full range of HR functions, including promotion exercises, employee engagement, employee awards, employee relations, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Assisting on key HR deliverables for the BUs and ensuring all the HR initiatives are executed in line with HR guidelines and comply with statutory law and regulations in each country.
  • Supporting the promotion of employee engagement and championing organizational change management and development initiatives.
  • Providing assistance with HR metrics and reporting such as budget planning, performance improvement plans, attrition and more.
  • Offering administrative support and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Preferably with working experience in a multi-national Company.
  • Proficient with Singapore Labor Law including Employment Act.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
