Site Manager

With continued growth across the North West, we’re seeking a delivery-driven Site Manager to play a key role within our operations team. Working closely with the Operations team and wider delivery team, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and programme delivery. What you’ll be doing: Managing site teams and daily supervision of subcontractors for both operations and our teams performing at their very best, whilst working in accordance with the continuation programme. Monitoring performance against targets. Ensuring Safety and compliance are paramount. Establish a best practice where teams are motivated, and excellence is the goal. What we’re looking for: A valid CSCS card Competent in H EV Salary Sacrifice Scheme (eligible after successful completion of probationary period) Simply Health Cycle to Work Scheme Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for confidential support.
