We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and diligent Project Manager to join our operations team in North Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for delivering the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of high-value schemes across the Yorkshire region.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the overall project including the site teams, subcontractors & suppliers to achieve the construction programme.
- Implement strategy for growth in key market sectors.
- Liaising with various departments and the senior leadership team.
- Ensure the Construction Programme is implemented including producing all short term look ahead programmes, developing schedules which allow accurate monitoring, and reporting of progress.
- Constantly monitor and report against the Contract Programme.
- Develop, control, and ensure delivery against the project budgets including profit, preliminaries, and procurements.
- Implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements for managing Health and Safety.
- Secure and manage the appropriate resources to deliver the project / scheme effectively and efficiently in a professional manner to ensure successful delivery within project constraints.
About You:
- A Construction or Civil Engineering related degree or a trade background with construction management experience.
- Knowledge of all aspects of the build process including building legislations.
- CSCS Management card
- SMSTS & First Aid at Work
- A valid UK driving licence as regular travel is required.
