As our People function continues to grow, we’re looking for an HR Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional ready to develop their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position requires travel across all of our regions to support effective collaboration and relationship-building with our teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the provision of HR dashboards, monitoring of HR metrics and analysis of trends by maintaining accurate data.
  • Continually review HR processes and operational services sharing innovative solutions and identifying efficient and effective processes and procedures that can be implemented.
  • Monitoring the performance management process to ensure managers are completing appraisals and probation reviews.
  • Maintaining employees’ files to ensure they remain up to date, adhering to legal requirements and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Managing all HR day-to-day operations and be accountable for ensuring the accurate and consistent delivery of key transactional activities including sickness, absence, issuing of employee contracts, staff changes, onboarding of new starters & processing of leavers.
  • Assists with employee engagement, employee relations and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

About You:

  • Have a minimum of 2 A’ levels or equivalent, combination of education and experience.
  • Qualified to CIPD Level 5 in People Practice, or actively working towards completion.
  • Previous HR experience is essential, preferably across a variety of disciplines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication ability (both written and verbal) with service-oriented mind-set and appropriate to audience.
  • Exercise sound judgment; retain the highest degree of confidentiality; demonstrate a sense of urgency while delivering superior execution and results.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence as regular travel to our Regional offices is required.
