The Odin Recruitment Group are hiring committed and professional PCV drivers, based out of Stockport.
We would like to hear from candidates whom have at least 12 months experience as a PCV driver. There is an excellent career opportunity ahead for the drivers whom fully appreciate what \’excellent customer service\’ means.
We are looking to hear from professional PCV drivers whom take pride in the work they do and the passengers they serve. You will ensure that your vehicle is in pristine condition for passengers to travel in – that includes as simple as picking up left litter or rubbish. But our client does have a team of valeters whom will undertake not only basic cleaning but periodical deep cleans also.
Our customer is directly involved in a number of markets from school trips to race meetings to church congregational trips to corporate trips etc etc. You are the face and the voice of the company and will,to the best of your ability, provide an excellent customer service. An example of this is would be to ring the paying organisation the day before to introduce yourself, discuss any potential road/motorway issues and offer your solution(s), will there be any issues with the weather ?
Our customer actively seeks feedback from every paying customer/organisation toidentify if there was any performance issues or opportunities to enhance the customer experience, therefore the manner and professionalism of their fleet drivers is crucial as they acquire new business opportunities.
Whatever the situation involving their driver and the paying customer/organisation, issues are worked out and resolved collectively. Where there is praise, our customer makes sure that the positive feedback directly involves one of the Directors.
The contract has set up that once you have completed x13 full weeks, the customer can then discuss
