We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Order Processing Administrator.
This role involves processing customer orders, creating purchase order (PO) numbers, and ensuring all administrative and system information is accurate.
Experience with Sage 200 is an advantage but not essential, as full training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Create and manage purchase order (PO) numbers
Check stock levels, pricing, and delivery requirements
Update internal systems and maintain organised records
Liaise with internal teams to support smooth order fulfilment
Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers when required
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident using computer systems and MS Office
Experience with Sage 200 preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
