We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimise our manufacturing operation. This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for production performance, quality, and team leadership. Experience in MDF‑based manufacturing is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day production planning, scheduling, and workflow
- Ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
- Oversee quality control, with a strong focus on finish quality and accuracy
- Lead and motivate production teams, including operators, finishers, and packers
- Monitor and improve KPIs (output, defects, rework, downtime)
- Drive cost control through efficient use of materials and labour
- Resolve production issues including machine breakdowns and finishing defects
Technical & Operational Experience
- MDF manufacturing, CNC routing, cutting, sanding, and finishing
- Paint spraying and decorative surface finishes
- CNC machinery and workshop equipment knowledge
- Waste management, dust extraction, and material optimisation
