We're looking for an experienced Transport Manager with a valid CPC to join our busy logistics team in Manchester.

Salary: £40,000 | Mon-Fri | 07:00-17:00 | Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transport audits and maintain company CPC accreditation
  • Support day-to-day operations and oversee a fleet of 20+ vehicles
  • Manage drivers: compliance, recruitment, training, and performance
  • Ensure all vehicle checks, servicing, and maintenance are up to standard
  • Improve transport processes and ensure full compliance with company policies
  • Work closely with Operations and Customer Service to maintain high service levels
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a CPC-qualified Transport Manager
  • Background in Airfreight/Logistics (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of fleet systems and compliance standards
  • Hands-on attitude with ability to carry out minor vehicle fixes
