GMCA is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the People Services team in Manchester, with a permanent full-time contract.
The role involves advising colleagues and managers on policies, procedures and employment law, while supporting the delivery of People Strategy.
You will coordinate employee relations processes, respond to enquiries, and contribute to data management and continuous improvement across GMCA and GMFRS as required.
