The Civil Site Supervisor will play a key role in managing the daily operations of projects across all aspects of the business from a construction point of view. This position requires excellent coordination, communication, and organisational skills to ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact with the client, Project Managers, and Site Managers regarding current and upcoming works.
  • Create an environment of leadership within the project site team.
  • Manage and coordinate civil crews operating on separate nationwide sites.
  • Conduct daily site visits to monitor compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
  • Interpret and review design drawings when required to support on-site works.
  • Organise and oversee the daily logistics for all crews, including plant, materials, and muck-away.
  • Maintain detailed records including monthly reports, timesheets, Supervisor Audits, Progress photographs etc.

The Candidate:

Required Experience and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in a site supervisory role within the civil or utilities sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate resources across different sites.
  • Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with HSEQ standards and procedures.
  • Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other relevant site certifications (desirable).
