16‑month fixed‑term Change Business Analyst – an exciting opportunity to bring your communication and problem‑solving skills to the Change and Knowledge Management (CKM) team within the Registration and Revalidation (R&R) directorate.

Role

You will work closely with Support Advisers (SAs) and cross‑functional partners to design, scope, test and communicate system and content changes that support both day‑to‑day operations and large directorate‑wide projects. Your analytical and stakeholder management skills will help influence change direction and deliver high‑quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish change requirements, conduct data analysis and recommend solutions informed by evidence.
  • Translate complex technical language into accessible information for stakeholders and support the delivery of systems changes, including scoping, testing and communication.
  • Collaborate with BA peers to deliver large projects and explore continuous improvement opportunities across CKM and the directorate.
  • Coordinate updates to the directorate’s materials in line with branding, tone of voice and website content.
  • Manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively and meet all deadlines while maintaining required quality.
  • Champion inclusion and build relationships within the team and support a collaborative, inclusive culture.
